Skills, Training, Employment Program (S.T.E.P) awarding ceremony for the second batch students was held at Nasandura Palace Hotel on 31st August 2014. Currently there are Thirty one students and ten resorts participating in the Program. This is an initiative Program started in 2013 by Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with Ministry of Education and Ministry of Youth and Sports. All the apprentices will be sent to the resorts on the first week of September to start their training program.
