Subject:                      Regarding Quota Policy

 

Dear Sir/ Madam

 

Reference is made to our circular, 88-IITR/CIR/2012/45 dated 21^st December 2012.

 

Please note that the quota policy for resort employees is maintained in accordance with our previous communication. You may continue to correspond with the Department of Immigration & Emigration to acquire foreign employees as per the current quota ratio: This ratio is inclusive of security personnel.

 

Should you face any disputes or challenges over the quota policy, please inform the Ministry of Tourism.
