Project Cycle Management (PCM) Training Workshop for potential grantees of MFF and existing grantees of TAP

Tourism Adaptation Project (TAP) and Mangroves for the Future (MFF) program—both projects implemented in collaboration and assistance from UNDP—jointly held a Project Cycle Management (PCM) Training Workshop for potential grantees of MFF and existing grantees of TAP on 24th and 25th of January.

The PCM included sessions on project document development, compilation of logical frameworks and other documentation related to project implementation and monitoring. Sessions on reporting, budgeting and communication and knowledge management were also undertaken. The cross cutting themes such as gender mainstreaming, climate change, ecosystem based development, and tourism associated livelihoods were also covered.

Fifteen participants comprising, eight grantees of TAP and ten participants comprising, five potential grantees of MFF participated in this training workshop.

The technical sessions of this workshop were undertaken by experts from MFF regional office.
